It’s sturdy enough for cleaver chops yet gentle on my Japanese knives.
Absolutely loved the products sadly that was the only factor that was not horrible. rude agents disrespectful arguing they hold your merchandise hostage and absolutely refuse to give refund. they outsourced production so they don't even make the merchandise. it was a absolutely disgusting experience all around. if I could leave a negative remark I'd leave them a -2
